Achinsk mill: continuous bakery tests ensure flour and bread quality

Achinsk mill, PAVA production branch in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, constantly carries out control of flour quality on all production stages from the input of feedstock to shipping end-products. The mill operates a laboratory with up-to-date equipment to maintain efficient monitoring of quality parameters.

The flour produced by Achinsk mill is intended for baking and confectionery plants, especially in the eastern part of Russia. Specialists of the laboratory completed a special course at the baking plants to improve their professional skills.

Baking tests play a major role in quality management, and the laboratory conducts them on a regular basis. They guarantee stable high level of flour quality, and consequently end-products.

The grain crop harvested this year in the Krasnoyarsk Territory allows to manufacture flour which improves on the GOST parameters. Today, Achinsk mill offers a product with 29-32% gluten content and exceptionally high whiteness.
