Following the modernization campaign of 2005-2006, the production division "Rebrikha milling plant" increased processing capacities to 600 MT of wheat per day. Its daily grain-receiving capacity stands at 1,000 MT of wheat, and the silos can hold 50,000 MT of wheat in simultaneous storage.

Rebrikha milling plant produces the following items:

• Wheat flour GOST 51189-2003;
• All-purpose wheat flour;
• Extra-grade wheat flour;
• High-grade wheat flour;
• First-grade wheat flour;
• Second-grade wheat flour;
• “Zhitnitsa” flour;
• Semolina;
• Bran.

Products are manufactured in different sized packages: 50 kg, 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg, 3 kg, 2 kg, 1 kg, 0.85 kg. Colourful paper packaging solutions are developed for 3 kg, 2 kg, 1 kg and 0.85 kg sizes.

The mill includes granulation facilities for feed mixes production with a manufacturing capacity of 150 MT per day.

Rebrikha mill focuses its operations on the European part of the country. The main outputs are consumer-size products sold under trademarks “Altay-Batyushka” and “PAVA”. Owing to a considered marketing policy, they enjoy high popularity nationwide, being offered in retail networks of 68 Russian regions.
