After 2005-06 upgrade, capacities of the production division "Achinsk milling plant" allow to process 520 MT of wheat per day; receive 1,000 MT of grain daily and store 100,000 of grain at a time.

Achinsk mill produces the following items:

• Wheat flour GOST 51189-2003;
• All-purpose wheat flour;
• Extra-grade wheat flour;
• High-grade wheat flour;
• First-grade wheat flour;
• Second-grade wheat flour;
• “Zhitnitsa” flour;
• Macaroni semolina;
• Oat flour;
• Semolina;
• Bran.

Products are offered in packaging sizes of 50 kg, 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg and 2 kg.

In addition, the plant operates a rye mill with a daily manufacturing capacity of 70 MT.

Performance (per 1 tonne of processed rye grain, %):

•  Dark rye flour - output 95%;
•  Medium rye flour – output 87%.

Achinsk plant also incorporates a groats mill with a product yield 50 t/day.

Achinsk mill targets operations on the Eastern part of Russia, and is strategically important for baking plants located in this area. Production is based on the customized approach, according to individual requirements of the clients.
During the navigation period, the mill supplies flour to the north regions according to government contracts.
The share of Achinsk mill supplies in the total volume of shipments to the eastern region is about 40%; during the navigation period it reaches 60%.
Favourable geographic position (proximity to the customer) allows to cut transportation expenses by up to 3% of the product cost.
